The Computational Biology Laboratory (CBLab) directed by Dr. Max Alekseyev is a part of the Computational Biology Institute and the Department of Mathematics at the George Washington University.
Our members have strong background in mathematics and/or computer science and address most challenging questions in biology. We run a number of projects in such fields as comparative genomics, phylogenomics, genome assembly, and gladly help our collaborators with their computational needs.
