Collaborators

  • Anopheles Genome Cluster Consortium. Jointly with the AGCC, we analyzed a collection of Anopheles mosquito genomes, providing a better understanding at their phylogenetic relations, evolutionary history, and increasing the quality of their assemblies.
  • Integrative Systems Biology Laboratory (ISBLab), the National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. Jointly with the ISBLab, we improved existing draft assembly for the Anguilla japonica (Japanese eel) genome, which is one of the most important research subjects in eastern Asia aquaculture.
  • Dr. Yves Van de Peer at University of Ghent, Belgium.
  • Dr. L. Courtney Smith at the Department of Biological Sciences, the George Washington University.
